Book Report ProjectsIf your book report required you to create a project where you will need to perform or present some type of information here are some ideas for you: A. Keep this between 5 to 10 minutes. If you have to write your book report project it will need to be at least 3 pages and more more than 5 pages long. B. A lot of projects may sound great but you need to make sure they will work well with the book you have read. C. Turn your book report into an illustrated fun story and retell it with very colorful characters. Make a new cover for the book. D. You could create an alternate ending to the story. Let the audience know why you decided to do this. Put the ending and then add the alternate in not more than 4 pages. E. Create a visual. This is so much fun when you are learning about a book someone read and they have made a map of the town where it took place showing where the houses and streets were located in relation to the timeline of the story. Be creative when doing this and make is full of color and make sure everything is readable with large printing. F. Make a time frame of all events which happened during the story and which ones came first. Make a short description of each event. G. Instead of a map create a 3D model of the story setting. You can use cardboard and boxes to make buildings and cover them with construction paper and draw on windows and doors. You can make paper stand up people or use a modeling clay or play dough type of substance. H. Do a scrapbook with remnants of things that heppened in the story such as a ribbon won or a favorite fabric used. This can be a fun idea and you can hold up the book and show page by page when describing your book. Book report projects can be fun to reenact in a variety of ways.
